Terms of Use — Dreamlore
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Dreamlore (the "App"), operated by R.M.J.P. Kumara, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What Dreamlore is — and is not
Dreamlore transcribes a dream you describe and generates a **reflective, AI-produced
interpretation drawing on public-domain dream literature. It is for journaling,
reflection, and entertainment only**.
Dreamlore is NOT medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic, therapeutic, or
predictive advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. Interpretations
are AI-generated, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied upon to make decisions.
Dreamlore is not for use in a crisis or emergency — if you are struggling, contact a
qualified professional or a crisis line (e.g. 988 in the US, Samaritans 116 123 in the
UK/Ireland, or findahelpline.com).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid features are offered via auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your
app store account; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours
before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your app store account settings. Prices
and included limits are shown in the App and may change with notice. Refunds are handled
by the app store per its policies.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer,
or circumvent usage limits or security.
6. Content & intellectual property
Quoted passages are drawn from public-domain works. The App, its design, and its
original content are owned by R.M.J.P. Kumara. Your dream entries are yours; they are stored
on your device.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent
permitted by law. We do not warrant that interpretations are accurate, complete, or
useful.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R.M.J.P. Kumara is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages, or for reliance on any interpretation. `[Cap /
carve-outs to be set with counsel.]`
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the update.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
